As an “Agent” we represent individuals and businesses for retrieving and legalizing documents. We also serve as a registered agent for foreign and out of state corporations who wish to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We maintain a relationship of confidence with our clients, and as your “agent” we act in your best interest. We offer personal attention and do our best to comply with the customer’s request as quickly as possible. We understand that timing is crucial.
We serve foreign students who have attended college/school and need to legalize their transcripts, diploma or other educational documents. We help people worldwide who need to certify their academic credentials for employment, to obtain a visa in a foreign country, etc.
We authenticate personal documents such as birth, marriage, divorce, and death certificates as well as, other “vital documents”.
We serve businesses that need to legalize documents for foreign trade such as power of attorney, invoices, certificate of origin, etc.
We act on behalf of individuals to locate and retrieve needed documents, such as police records, Bank or Court Documents, etc.
