If you are living overseas, you can have your fingerprints taken at the closest U.S. Consulate, local police or authorized agency. We have the capability to convert paper cards of your fingerprints to electronic files for submission to the FBI. So, if you have your prints taken elsewhere you can mail your fingerprint cards to our office and we can electronically submit those fingerprints to the FBI.
