Carlos Villamizar

Founder

Carlos Villamizar is a professional consular agent and a document specialist with years of experience in Washington, DC. He serves as an agent for companies throughout the world to retrieve and legalize documents for their American prospective hires; for individuals who plan to work in foreign countries; for document brokers and law firms; for foreign universities seeking to legalize the academic accreditations for their future teachers who graduate in the USA.

Throughout the years he has established a solid working relationship with many foreign embassies and consulates located in the U.S. He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Economics from the University of San Francisco in California, and did postgraduate work at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a former international executive of Ford Motor Company and Dana Corporation. He is a notary public in the District of Columbia (Washington DC).

Natalia Villamizar

CEO

Natalia is a consular agent and document authentication expert. She is a cum laude graduate from the University of South Alabama majoring in Graphic Design. She later attended the University of Dallas where she obtained her MBA. Natalia oversees the business operations, including the daily contact with embassies and government offices.

Marianyoly Farias

Document Authentication Assistant

Mary is a document authentication assistant. Her responsibilities include handling the corporate account needs and accounting. Prior to working in the documents authentication business, Mary was a civil engineer in her native country of Venezuela.

Shayla Diggs

Document Authentication Specialist

Shayla is a document authentication specialist. She is highly skilled and trained to assist clients in the best course of action to authenticate the documents needed to obtain a visa in a foreign country. Shayla received her Information Technology A.A. degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
