As the founder of ROCA Authentications, he provides US document services to global companies, document brokers, law firms, and individuals seeking to live or work abroad. He also works with foreign universities to legalize academic credentials earned in the United States.

Carlos has built strong relationships with numerous embassies and consulates in the U.S. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of San Francisco in California and completed postgraduate studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His background includes executive roles at Ford Motor Company and Dana Corporation.

Shayla is a skilled specialist in document authentication, guiding clients through the best strategies to prepare their documents for use in foreign countries. Her expertise helps clients efficiently secure visas and legal recognition abroad. Shayla holds an A.A. in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College.
