US School Transcripts Apostille Process for Spain

- Contact the Registrar’s Office of the school that you attended and request a copy of the transcripts of the courses that you took in that school.
- The student must request that the document be notarized as an original document by a public notary in the city or state where the school is located. Majority of US schools have public notaries on staff.

Tip: If you are already overseas and need to follow the process described above and get an apostille for the original school document, you can have the school mail the document directly to our office for processing instead of having them mail internationally and then mailing it back to the states.
