Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM)

Roca Authentications, LLC is an accredited agency that works directly with SACM with many years of experience. The Embassy of Saudi Arabia has one of the strictest procedures in authenticating university degrees. Here is a breakdown of what you will need.

1. Letter from the applicant or the courier agent stating the reason for authentication. (Click here for sample letter)
2. Copy of the employment contract
3. Copy of passport
4. Copy of college/university degree
5. Updated official transcript in a sealed envelope
6. A Written Consent Form with signature authorizing SACM to obtain information about his/her academic record. (Click Here)
7. Verification from the National Student Clearinghouse. Receive this verification by visiting www.degreeverify.com and provide the degree information. If this information is verified, print out a copy using the “transaction ID number.” If the college/university does not participate in the National Student Clearinghouse, please contact the college’s registrar office for a degree verification letter. This letter must be in a sealed envelope.
8. The Distance of Learning Form filled out by the university and sent in a sealed envelope from the registrar’s office. If the university is unwilling to provide this information on the form, a letter in a sealed envelope from the university addressing the information on the attached form will suffice. This may come in the same envelope as the transcripts. (Click Here)
9. Nurses and physicians are required to provide us with a copy of all their previous applicable diplomas and their practice license (including the email and telephone number of the clinic for confirmation of the validity of the license).

Additional Information:

In order for an applicant to be qualified for a position in KSA you he/she to meet the requirements and regulations issued by the Saudi MINISTRY OF EDUCATION (MOE) & SACM. The university must be recommended, and no online classes are accepted except twelve hours for Bachelor and six hours for Master & PHD.

Note: The SACM will request from the university to confirm your status at the university. The SACM does not certify any degree until the official response from the university is received. The certification of your diploma will depend mainly on how fast your university replies to the SACM.

Note (2): Please bear in mind that in order for SACM to certify a degree, they take into consideration other factors such as: content of the University program undertaken by the student, location where the courses were taken, percentage of online courses taken and some other factors which are unknown by us, which may delay or reject the request.  Presenting a diploma from an accredited US University does not guarantee that it is going to be approved by the SACM.

Please be aware that if the request for certification by the SACM is not approved the amount for the service is non-refundable.

The fee for this is: US$250.00 per document. If you would like your document to also be certified by the Saudi Embassy there is an additional fee of: US$90.00 per document
